Hey guys!

So, yesterday I spent an inordinate amount of time working on the middle tone… this morning I remembered how enjoyable it is to work on middle tone paper. I love the look of tan paper with black ink and white charcoal.

So I scanned in tan toned paper, then created a brush with the scan. Then created a tan background. Then I scanned in my inked Whisp drawing. Combined them and added some white “charcoal” and some hatching.

The print looks close to the tan paper…
