Ok, it occurs to me that part of my Inktober prep should be getting used to blogging daily. I’m not the sort to just snap a pic on my phone and voilà it’s a blog post. Oh no, I’m the sort that futzes with the photos and tries to come up with witty paragraphs, and before I know it hours, I mean HOURS have passed. Ugh.
I futzed with this photo and even made you a gif, because of course I did. It’s from a live online zentangle class (XLnt) I attended back in June…
This one is from a live online class where we learned how to make colored pencils look like brushed gold that I attended back in July…
Ok, that nearly catches me up on the zentangle tiles floating around here, I have a couple more, hopefully I’ll post them tomorrow.
I have also been working on some preliminary ideas for what I want to draw for Inktober, I think I’ve settled on drawing Kevin. Taking the prompt list and making “Kevin CAN [do activity]”, I have the first two prompts as ideas and they are pretty cute, so I think I’m going to try to continue that idea.
And of course, the real reason you stopped by today… doggies!
Stay safe everyone! And wash your hands! 🙂
Until next time…
