Ok… today I started out again with a little Zentangle warm-up and finished this tile… maybe I should add some shading…

Then I got down to business… for some reason I named this guy Cinnamon Bonbon last year… I think I was protesting my husband not giving me anymore clever candy names… I mean clearly this is guy’s name is Cotton Candy, you know because he’s so hairy… and I can’t think of a hairy candy, except maybe cotton candy. Anyway, last year I hid this guy behind someone else, so I didn’t have to worry about whether or not he had hands and feet.

So this year I gave him feet. Also I played around with a side view, and then for sh*ts and giggles I tried my hand at a three-quarter angle using the Loomis method… I think from the side the bulging eyes and beady pupils makes him look like he might belong in the Simpson’s universe, haha. 🙂

I decided to put him back to facing head-on for the dip ink drawing…

Puppies! Let’s see, today I’m gonna show you what Penny does when I go to the grocery store… basically, she stares at my husband demanding he tell her where I am…

Meanwhile, in this pic, Duke is clearly asking for something… probably lunch… or more water… or an outing…. It’s hard to say, all his ‘I need stuff’ expressions look pretty similar… When you ask any of those questions, he answer is always, ‘yes’… 🙂
