Today, words are hard. I thought I’d had enough sleep, but I find myself forgetting to do something or not able to remember a word… very much like the day after a restless/insomnia night. But I only woke once last night, albeit I thought I could just stay up at 4am, but somehow fell back asleep and was quite unwilling to get up at 7am when the alarm went off. Not only is my memory and word recall off today, so is my grip. I decided to do some Zentangle to loosen up before I started working on today’s Inktober monster, Cousin Whatchamacallit. I spent about a half hour just working on some Zentangle patterns, I think it helped. 🙂 You can see the Zentangle square in the upper left hand corner…
Cousin Whatchamacallit was a little harder to figure out what he/she might look like from the side… the eyes are on the side of the head rather than in front like the last three monsters… and I wasn’t sure how to do the mouth at first. Without the mouth, Cousin Whatchamacallit looked rather sinister…
I haven’t forgotten about you, those of you here for the pup pictures… the pups are sure I must be behind this door…
I believe these translate to ‘You are boring’ and ‘Hey, I need stuff!’…
Until next time…
