Instead of doing some of the things on my to do list (chores, I’m looking at you), I played around with some more focus-stacking images. I’m trying to expedite the process while at the same time trying to get the best photo I can from a series of photos. It’s all experimental at this point. I played around with different ways of enfusing the images so that my clean up time is lessened. I’m getting there, but more experimentation is needed.
Both of these images were taken with my 180mm f/3.5L Macro lens and my Canon Rebel T2i at f/4.0 1/30s 100iso… they were focus-stacked and then cleaned up in GIMP…
